Everything we do, is driven by our core values – by our desire to do good in the world; to work with good, kind, ambitious people who share the same values. To show the world that it’s possible to be good, do good and still achieve massive results – in the right way, for all the right reasons.

Our Story

The DYNAMIQ story was started in 2009 by Rob and Ali Cao. Their original mission – helping SME businesses grow using our 30+ years experience working in business development, sales, marketing and finance to support business owners.

Since then, we’ve worked with over 175 businesses across the UK, helping them to ‘win’ over £500 million (yes, £0.5 billion!) of additional business. We’ve worked with public and private sector clients, charities, national and international brands and organisations. We’ve helped start-ups, sole traders, partnerships and organisations with thousands of employees achieve massive results with our tailored A.I.M. solutions.

We’ve helped our clients win over 200 contract tenders, open 8 new offices across the UK, create over 250 jobs through client growth and secure over £375 million of client funds for reinvestment in local communities.

Most importantly, we’ve built amazing relationships with good (kind, nice) people who have become wonderful friends, which has seen our mission evolve to what it is today – helping good people achieve great things.
